Yellowcoate Cider Vinegar Potato Chips are produced at Ringdean Farm, established in 1949 in the small village of Flimwell, East Sussex. The farm grows over 75 varieties of fruit. They produce their award-winning fruit juices on the farm alongside their Yellowcoate Raw Cider Vinegar ‘with Mother’ – a slightly peculiar term for unfiltered cider vinegar in its natural state.

Sussex Crisps have been a long time ambition of the founders. We live in Sussex and have loved all aspects of living in the county for years, exploring the area and the local foods and flavours it has to offer. Work on developing these particular flavours started a long time ago and we searched for what felt like an age to find the right suppliers to create our unique take on traditional flavours.
