Romney Marsh Lamb with Rosemary & Garlic, from Parsonage Farm in Salehurst, has been under the careful stewardship of the Hoad family since the 1880s.
This traditional Wealden farm maintains a balanced approach, combining livestock and crops in time-honoured fashion. The farm's sheep are Romneys, a local breed that is nurtured and raised on the farm's lush pastures, resulting in a diet of pure, grass-fed goodness. You can find this exceptional lamb available for purchase at the farm's on-site butcher shop.

Sussex Crisps have been a long time ambition of the founders. We live in Sussex and have loved all aspects of living in the county for years, exploring the area and the local foods and flavours it has to offer. Work on developing these particular flavours started a long time ago and we searched for what felt like an age to find the right suppliers to create our unique take on traditional flavours.
